By using web based video conferencing there is now no need to be physically in the same room as it is now possible to hold “face to face” meetings via the internet.
We have also developed technology that enables you to instantly view at anytime documents that we post at any time through our “private client portal” accessed via our website.
Once your file has been opened, we will send to your email your user name and password when we have created your login details. You are then free to change these at any time.
When we update your matter you will receive an SMS text message instantly advising you of this so that you know your matter has been progressed.
Our web portal, in addition, has some very useful general information regarding your type of matter, all stored in the one convenient location for your assistance.
Using this technology, it doesn’t matter anymore that we may not be in the same town or area as you, as we can in effect meet with you and provide you with copies of any documentation or updates in relation to your matter instantly without the need for you to call into our office. You can be either just around the corner or in a different city, it makes no difference.
