Victoria is an associate at King Cain, where her main area of practice is in Family Law including property settlements, maintenance and parenting issues. Victoria is also developing experience in other areas of legal practice including conveyancing, civil litigation and elder law (including wills, guardianship, powers of attorney and various estate issues).
Victoria is a Bathurst local, graduating from MacKillop College in 2004 prior to studying by distance through the University of New England to attain a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Accounting) in 2008 and ultimately completing her Bachelor of Laws in November 2009.
Victoria moved to Sydney at the beginning of 2009 where she became employed with an intellectual property law firm, gaining a wide range of experience in trade mark, copyright, patent and trade practices litigation primarily for corporations with multi-national portfolios.
While appreciating that every matter is different to the next, her ultimate goal is to carry out her work in a way that enables her client’s to feel empowered by providing them a thorough understanding of the legal processes involved, options available and
gaining for them the results they are entitled to.
